Maple Leaf Parks, brought to life.

Our response for a 2–4 minute sales video that lets people see Niagara's next destination landmark before the first shovel hits the ground.

01 Intro

We'd be honoured to help tell this story.

Maple Leaf Parks is the kind of project that changes a region. We're excited and ready to be part of it.

Niagara isn't just another market to us. Our team has deep roots in the region: we know its places, its people and what it means to them. Seeing a vision of this scale come to life there would be a genuine honour.

Thank you for the opportunity. Here's how we'd approach it.

02 Perspective

A place this big has to be seen to be believed.

Video is the most powerful tool for selling something people can't yet visit.

A site plan explains the land and a rendering captures a moment, but only motion can carry someone through the full arrival-to-adventure journey: from the Square, onto the monorail, past the coasters, into the waterpark and out under the lights of the live venue at night.

One film can do what a stack of documents can't. It gives investors, government partners and the community the same clear, emotional picture of what's coming.

How we'd approach it

  1. 01

    Story before footage

We start with the narrative, not the shot list. One clear arc that guides the viewer from arrival to adventure and leaves them wanting to be there.

  2. 02

AI where it can't be filmed yet

Most of this destination doesn't exist yet. We use AI-generated video to show what's coming, blended with stock for real-world credibility, all art-directed to one consistent look.

  3. 03

    Voice and sound that sell

A cast voiceover, music and a proper mix carry the emotion and keep the message clear. Supers land the key points without cluttering the picture.

  4. 04

    Built to flex

We structure the film in modular chapters, so it can be trimmed or re-ordered for different rooms and conversations long after delivery.

  5. 05

    Fast, with clear checkpoints

Script approval, rough cut and fine cut keep you in control at every step, with final delivery in just over three weeks.

03 Sample videos

A first glimpse.

To get the conversation started, we put together a handful of quick AI-generated tests built from the zones in your brief.

Please noteThese are a very initial first pass, shared for context only. They're low resolution and unrefined, and not representative of final production quality.
